Prop K gains more endorsements
Proposition K, a plan being considered by the Kansas legislature to limit property evaluation increases to 2 percent a year, has picked up the endorsements of two prominent business groups.
The Flint Hills Center for Public Policy, a free-market advocacy group that was an early proponent of the plan, announced Thursday that Proposition K now has the backing of the Wichita Area Builders Association and the Kansas chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Members.
