Though the successful addition of the amendment from Rep. Bart Stupak, D-Mich., onto Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s health care plan was considered a huge success for the right-to-life community, advocates are continuing to push for additional changes within the bill that address end-of-life issues.
