Taxpayer funding for abortion a state issue too

Huelskamp and KFL continue fight against taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood

Sen. Tim Huelskamp, R-Fowler, announced today that he will continue his efforts during the 2010 Legislative session to ensure that Kansan’s taxpayer dollars are not allocated to local Planned Parenthood clinics.

Planned Parenthood is the largest abortion provider in the nation.

Huelskamp worked during the 2009 Legislative Session to funnel taxpayer dollars away from the pro-abortion clinics. While Huelskamp was successful in getting an amendment passed, the measure was vetoed by Gov. Mark Parkinson.

Charges are pending against a uniformed Planned Parenthood abortion mill escort in San Jose, CA who on December 17 assaulted and intimidated pro-lifer Lila Rose, founder of Live Action, famed for her undercover videos exposing Planned Parenthood’s nationwide pattern of criminal conduct. Lila Rose was standing on a public sidewalk outside the abortion mill at the time of the assault.

Like King Bush, Prince Cheney and Co. should have charges pending against them for funding 100 million dollars a year to Planned Parenthood.
