Huelskamp: “It is clear to me that the EPA and the Obama Administration are attempting to foist a massive new regulatory scheme upon America via bureaucratic fiat.”
Senate stands against EPA ruling
The Kansas Senate passed a resolution today 34-3 which sends a message to the federal government criticizing the Environmental Protection Agency’s ruling that greenhouse gasses are harmful to the public’s health.
Several Kansas legislators both at the state and the federal level have been challenging the EPA’s ruling, which lawmakers fear could be used as leverage to push through cap and trade legislation. The ruling could also pave the way for the EPA to use its own authority to regulate emissions, rather than emissions being monitored by Congress.
Senate Resolution 1809 was sponsored by Rep. Tim Huelskamp, R-Fowler, who is currently campaigning for the First Congressional District.
“It is clear to me that the EPA and the Obama Administration are attempting to foist a massive new regulatory scheme upon America via bureaucratic fiat,” Huelskamp said. “Taking such a route not only bypasses the normal avenue of input from the American people, it also circumvents the federal legislative process. And the reason is simple - because Congress and the American people refuse to support and pass their radical cap-and-trade bills."

This vote is a fraud.
The legislature decided to be a part of this fraud by not demanding an investigation into this either by Kansas law enforcement or an independent council and/or empeaching the Kansas governor. The legislature instead decided to ignor the actions, derelection of their duty by buying off other representatives to pass a vote to allow, such already meeting the requirements of the state investments, the investments and constructions in the state. The Govenor veto the bill and the legislature continued to buy, bribe other representatives in an attempt to override the Governor's veto at which point the 2nd in command LT. Governor, now the current Governor was sent out to annouce that even if Governor's Sebelius's veto was overriden, she would stop it. In other words, announcing the Kansas Legislature was null and voided. Announcing she was the all powerful dictator of the state of Kansas.
Kathleen Sebelius didn't care about the law and neither did our representatives or the Kansas law enforcer.
Since then, other potential investments into Kansas have avoided us because they saw a state where there was no credible law or regulations to base an investment in Kansas.
Since then, the fraudulent economic businesses that were allowed to balloon, collapse and has since been saved by shoveling hundreds of billions of dollars into it as we Kansans are left trying to survive all this illegal activity under the guise of it's just politics or it would have been worse if they hadn't of done this.
There may be a couple of miss spellings in this but if our elected representatives, our state managers, our employees would have done their jobs, we wouldn't be in this mess.
Putting the same people in that either don't care or don't know what their job is or putting new people in that have the same attitude is not a solution.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
